Anchovy Linguini
serves 4

NOTE: The anchovies disappear, but add tremendous umami flavor. Don't tell your guests and they'll marvel at the taste.

Instructions

  1. Melt the anchovies into the butter and oil, then add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Season to taste.
  2. Toss the linguini in the sauce.
  3. Plate, garnish with cheese, and serve.
